Hands, Feet and Face Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle and non-invasive therapy that involves applying pressure and specific techniques to the points (reflexes) located on the feet, hands or face and ears. These reflexes correspond to different parts of the body, organs, structures and functions through the peripheral nervous system.

Reflexology is based on the belief that stimulating these reflex points can directly influence the related body areas through connections with the nerve endings, as well as through energetic correspondence and the power of touch.

An important concept in reflexology is the idea of the hologram - the understanding that certain smaller parts of the body work as Microsystems and reflect the whole. During a session, the therapist follows a “map” that represents the body and its complex structure and functions, allowing various health concerns to be addressed from both a systemic and functional perspective.

Reflexology works on three key levels: physical, correspondent and energetic.

•  Physical aspect: Through direct contact with the feet, hands or face, the therapist applies gentle pressure to work with muscles, tendons, fascia, bones, skin, connective tissue, peripheral nerves, veins and lymphatic structures. The physical touch incites the relaxation and can help to relieve physical tension, pain, water retention, circulatory issues and stagnation, often producing immediate and effective results.

•  Correspondent aspect: Reflexology can reach deeper into the body, influencing the functioning of internal organs and their related systems. Regular sessions can help support the hormonal, reproductive, digestive, nervous and circulatory systems, promoting overall balance and wellbeing.

•  Energetic aspect: Reflexology also works with the body’s vital energy and its pathways. Emotional or physical stress may create blockages or imbalances in these energy channels. By restoring the natural flow of energy, reflexology helps the body regain harmony and supports the correct distribution of vital energy throughout the system.

Zone Face Lift

Zone Face Lift is a natural facial rejuvenation method developed by Ziggie Bergman. It combines advanced facial reflexology, sculpting massage, and holistic techniques to support both beauty and overall wellbeing.

Rather than focusing only on the surface of the skin, ZFL works with the deeper structures of the face, including muscles, fascia, lymphatic flow and energy pathways, creating visible and long lasting results.

Zone Face Lift is not only about improving the appearance of the face and neck. It is also a deeply regulating experience for the whole body. By stimulating the lymphatic system, improving circulation and gently releasing tension held in the facial tissues, the treatment supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

In my work, this approach is enriched by an understanding of the connection between the face, the breath and the pelvic space. Tension patterns in the body often travel through these areas, and what we hold in the pelvis can be reflected in the face. By supporting nervous system regulation and encouraging a more conscious relationship with the body, Zone Face Lift becomes more than a facial treatment. It becomes part of a wider, holistic practice of reconnecting with yourself.

An important element of this method is also education. You are gently introduced to simple self care practices that can be integrated into everyday life. These small, consistent rituals help to maintain both the visible results and the internal sense of ease between sessions.

With regular treatments, the effects are not only seen but also felt. The face appears softer, more lifted and radiant, while the body experiences a sense of calm, space and support.

Regular Zone Face Lift sessions can bring noticeable and lasting changes. Skin tone and elasticity improve, fine lines and wrinkles soften, and puffiness is reduced. The face appears more lifted, rested and naturally radiant. At the same time, many people experience a deeper sense of relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Zone Face Lift is based on the concept of facial reflex zones, where specific areas of the face correspond to different organs and systems in the body. Through precise and rhythmic techniques, the treatment stimulates circulation and oxygenation, encourages lymphatic drainage, releases tension held in facial muscles, supports the nervous system and promotes natural collagen production.

The result is a natural lifting, brightening and smoothing effect, achieved without invasive procedures, while also supporting the body as a whole.
