About Me

My name is Aldona, and I am a holistic therapist specialising in reflexology, polarity therapy, traditional Hawaiian massage Lomi Lomi Nui and hypopressive exercises.

My connection with complementary, natural and energy  medicine began around 2010, when I started exploring holistic healing as a response to personal challenges and imbalances I was experiencing at that time.

My first great teacher in learning how to balance my body and mind in a natural way was Yoga. Through years of regular yoga and meditation practice, I was guided back to myself. These practices opened new paths, new ideas and most importantly nourished my inner wisdom and intuition, teaching me to trust myself and follow my inner guidance.

Not long after discovering yoga, I came across reflexology. After receiving my first reflexology treatment, I was fascinated by its power and decided to study it. In 2013, I became a qualified reflexologist and for many years ran a small business in the UK called Feet to Core Reflexology.
Through working with clients and continuing my studies, I gained a deeper understanding of this beautiful therapy and the many ways it can support the body’s natural healing process.

Even though reflexology is more based in understanding of the correspondence of the reflexes with the spinal cord and brain through peripheral nervous system for me it has always been a form of energy medicine, a powerful therapeutic tool. While I loved working with it, I also felt a strong pull to explore the body’s reflexes and energy connections beyond the feet, hands and face, the usual areas treated in reflexology.
That’s when Polarity Therapy entered my life in 2020. My attraction to it was instant, and I knew it was the next step on my path. After studying Polarity Therapy for two years, I began to integrate it into my reflexology sessions, expanding my treatments and offering a wider range of healing possibilities through therapeutic touch.

The most recent additions to my practice has been becoming a certified Hypopressive Exercise trainer in June 2025 and Lomi Lomi Nui practitioner in January 2026.

My journey with Hypopressive exercises began back in 2017, after the birth of my child, when I experienced pelvic floor weakness and related symptoms. That’s when I discovered this remarkable technique of body work, which became part of my daily routine until now. I have long recommended it to my reflexology and polarity clients as one of the most effective methods for addressing pelvic floor dysfunction. The more I learn about the hypopressive technique, the more I see how deeply it benefits the entire body, far beyond pelvic floor recovery.

Most recently, I’ve felt another inner calling to expand my healing work through Lomi Lomi massage, the traditional Hawaiian healing art.
My personal experiences with Lomi Lomi massage have been extraordinary, going beyond relaxation, physical or emotional release and energy balancing work. Lomi Lomi Nui is like a  healing art that takes the person for a real spiritual journey which awakens inner connections drawing the lines between past and present. During the session the client can really listen to once soul and inner voices.
In my work I don’t prioritise any healing form above the other. I just offer range of services that are resonating with my energy and my potentials. It is the clients body that is drawn towards the particular healing paths.
